Cerro Dominador is the first solar thermal plant in Latin AmericaView More
The Cerro Dominador project will provide 210 MW of clean generation for the Chilean electricity market by combining 100 MW of photovoltaic energy and 110 MW of solar concentrating power. This solar plant, with 17.5 hours of storage capacity, guarantees continuous production 24 hours per day, 365 days a year, being the first renewable energy plant that will produce base energy in the country.
