In terms of training, the company has set the challenge of encouraging local hiring with the aim of training local workers in specialized renewable energy matters. The work carried out in the mirror assembly is particularly noteworthy because it requires a very precise and methodical work. For this reason the female labor hiring is privileged.
As for the work environment, Cerro Dominador will generate around 1,500 jobs in its most intense construction period and will contribute to the region by installing capacity and transferring knowledge related to the solar energy industry.
The work environment is coordinated through municipal agencies and involves the development of training for certain processes that require specific skills.
In addition, also with the municipality, Cerro Dominador has worked to promote and develop local services for the plant.
