CSP Cerro Dominador is a project that will generate clean energy and once it is operating it will prevent the emission of approximately 643,000 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere every year, equivalent to the annual emissions from 357,000 vehicles.

The plant consumes a very low water level per year, sustainable for the Antofagasta region of Chile, a mining area where good use of this resource has become critical.

The photovoltaic plant avoids the emission of about 220,000 tons of CO2, thus the complex overall prevents the emission of 870,000 tons of CO2.
